Marketing Coordinator

Locations: Portland


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of its marketing business development and managing outside resources and providing hands on support for our B2B marketing programs.

Essential Duties + Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of presentations, as well as assist in the creation of presentations

• Support proposal creation

• Supervise marketing interns and the social media strategist

• Implement and track success of Marketing, Social Media and PR campaigns

• Create and/or coordinate creation of content for articles, blogs, white papers, brochures, etc.

• Coordinate the creation of content and delivery of webinars

• Manage our participation in events, such as trade shows

• Coordinate SEO/SEM programs

• Manage marketing content knowledge base

• Other duties as may be reasonably requested

Education, Experience + Skills

• Minimum 2 years marketing experience

• Track record of finding and working successfully with outside vendors / creative

• Multicultural marketing experience is a big plus

• Knowledge of social media platforms and a desire to stay abreast of social media trends

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Energetic self-starter who takes initiative and creative approach to problem solving

• Strong people and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
