Our language services are powered by over 10,000 linguists. In addition to providing top-notch translation and interpretation, these highly skilled Language Masters stay on the forefront of location trends and cultural accuracy, curate methodologies, and seek out the most efficient and effective ways to blend human and machine expertise. They hold language certifications and advanced degrees, and pass rigorous testing for translation accuracy and regional nuance. Our quality systems are audited regularly to ensure they live up to the regulations set by ISO standards. Independent auditors review our documented procedures against ISO standards and award us with certifications that communicate our commitment to perfecting the business of language.

ULG’s Quality Management System is an organized structure of responsibilities, activities and resources that help us meet our clients’ quality requirements.

These processes and procedures have enabled ULG to achieve and maintain 98% accuracy rates for years.
